The campus atmosphere continues to foster a strong sense of community, innovation, and authenticity—an environment where people and ideas meet. The location is in Espoo, with excellent transport connections, right next to Aalto University. Free parking is available for members and visitors in the courtyard.

Otaniemi has offered several smaller office rooms along with the opportunity to grow as needs and space requirements evolve. Various sizes of meeting rooms and cozy shared areas have supported diverse office needs. These spaces have inspired growth and made their users feel bigger—soulfully and distinctively.
Otaniemi has also served as Innovation Home’s own platform for growth, from which we have expanded towards broader and more modern working environments. Today, we offer hybrid-work-supporting locations in Kamppi and Arabia in Helsinki, as well as in the Finlayson area of Tampere, with a new location M7 in the heart of Helsinki opening soon.
Our Otaniemi location will close its doors in summer 2025. If you need office space in Otaniemi before then, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
The nearest available modern office spaces can be found in Arabia and now also in the popular Kamppi location, which is expanding.
