Innovation Home Kamppi has been nearly fully booked for almost its entire operation. Now, our Helsinki city center location is meeting demand with a new expansion opening in March.
The previous expansion, completed over the summer, added more compact and efficient offices on Kamppi’s 3rd floor. At the same time, it became clear that the office-as-a-service model is attracting interest, with demand increasingly shifting toward slightly larger offices. The upcoming expansion responds to this need by further extending the 3rd floor.
Interest has been strong: over 50% of the new spaces have already been reserved before opening. The expansion still has available offices as follows:
30 m² office (2 units) – accommodates up to 8 workstations, and depending on remote work practices, is suitable for a team of about 10 people.
15 m² office (3 units) – accommodates up to 4 workstations, suitable for a team of around 6 people depending on remote work practices. Note: adjacent offices are available, which can also meet larger needs!

The First Step Toward Future Growth
The originally planned new M7 location in Ylva’s city center landmark had to be canceled due to changes in the property owner’s situation. Focusing on Kamppi allows us to respond quickly to client demand and continue growth in Helsinki’s city center.
With this expansion, Innovation Home Kamppi now covers a total of 2,386 m² and primarily serves expert companies with under 20 employees through the office-as-a-service model. The property also offers larger companies full-floor offices, where the property owner acts as the landlord and Innovation Home provides service partnership.
Kamppi lives and breathes according to companies’ needs, evolving alongside them. This expansion is another step toward a more efficient, flexible, and meaningful workday in the heart of Helsinki.
