For one fixed monthly price you get your own office with a full suite of shared facilities and services. No waste, no hidden costs. Just the essentials plus a few little luxuries, such as high-quality speciality coffee.

In Kamppi, workspaces are versatile: private offices, shared meeting rooms, team pods and event spaces for every occasion. Weekly yoga and massage chairs support wellbeing, and the courtyard invites you to pause. For after-hours, an exclusive hall is available for your events. A staffed lobby with a café, professional cleaning, high-speed Wi-Fi and printing keep every day running smoothly.

Meetings and events with great food

There are plenty of meeting and seminar rooms, but spaces that create energy and foster genuine encounters are rare. Kamppi is one of them: a warm, inspiring environment that takes events to the next level.

Choose from meeting rooms for up to 20 guests. For larger occasions, the Event Arena hosts up to 100, and the large courtyard expands capacity to 500. The courtyard’s unique setting suits everything from intimate gatherings to team sauna evenings and company-wide celebrations. We take care of everything so your day runs smoothly: spaces, catering from our own kitchen, AV and event hosting.

Our kitchen caters everything from small client meetings to large events, tailored to your preferences. On weekdays from 11:00 to 13:30, our buffet lunch is open to everyone.

Event Arena adapts from morning seminars to evening finales

Equipped with a stage and a 2 × 3.5 m media wall, the venue includes a 360-degree camera, a Bose sound system, and both lapel and handheld microphones. The Event Arena accommodates up to 100 guests, seated theatre-style or standing.

We can arrange catering, event program and décor. Get in touch and we will tailor the day to your needs.

Rose Garden - outdoor events up to 500 people

The courtyard features a service counter, dining tables, lounge seating, sun loungers, a Big Green Egg outdoor grill kitchen, and a sauna with a cold plunge pool to complete the experience. If needed, we can also arrange an outdoor stage, food stations, cocktail tables and live performers to suit your event.

Outdoor sauna and hot tubs

Innovation Home Kamppi courtyard features a unique outdoor sauna with showers and a small terrace area with sofa beds - the perfect space for team meetings and warm conversations. After the fire, take a dip in the Drop pool, whether it's a hot summer's day or a chilly winter's evening.

And of course, you can also order barbecue delicacies to go with your sauna.

Meeting rooms with character

In Kampi you will find meeting rooms of different sizes for up to 20 people. The meeting rooms feature video conferencing and 65" screens.

Each space has a personality, so choose the right space for your board meeting, team meeting, meeting, training or video conferencing.

Café for small events

The impressive café in the Kampi lobby serves as a meeting place in everyday life and is also suitable for smaller, more relaxed events. On a seminar day, the café can easily be transformed into a single workshop space or a side session.

A separate screen is available if required.
