The contract always includes access to shared facilities and an agreed number of meeting rooms. There are no hidden costs and employees have access to more than the square footage of their own office.

All the essentials are included in the fixed monthly price: reception, cleaning, high-speed wifi, barista coffees, wellness services, printing and scanning to name but a few. A community manager is on site every day to ensure the atmosphere and the smooth running of the day-to-day operations. All this is available on one contract, saving you time and energy on the essentials.

Lunch restaurant and catering services

Good food, better working day

A good working day needs a break. In Kamppi, it's easy to take a seat in the café in the lobby or head to our own lunch restaurant.

In Tampere, Finlayson Meetings' café and lunch restaurant offers a wide range of services, while in Arabia, the inspiring variety of creative restaurants on the block adds a flavour to everyday life. After all, good lunch food is always a good reason to come to the office.

We can cater for meetings, events and even in your own office. Whether your working hours are early in the morning or late at night, the Snack Bar and Community Kitchen are available 24 hours a day.
