What is Fractional Office?

Fractional Office, or a one-day-a-week office, gives a team its own fully furnished office space on a specific weekday. In practice, the same team office can be used by different companies on different days of the week: one team might use the space on Mondays, for example, and another on Thursdays.

The model is suitable for situations where a team needs its own dedicated workspace for a shared office day. The space includes dedicated workstations, screens and an environment that supports the entire workday. A one-day-a-week office can serve either as an additional office alongside a company’s existing office, or as the only office solution for a team working in a hybrid model.

At Innovation Home, Fractional Office does not mean just one room for one specific day.
