Innovation Home continues its development with a more focused ownership structure
Innovation Home continues its determined development toward a clearer and more customer-driven service offering that responds to the changing demands of work. As part of this development, the company’s ownership structure has been streamlined: the principal owner, Kovanen Capital, has acquired the shares previously held by Katja Kojo, who has at the same time stepped away from the company’s Board of Directors. The company’s other co-founder, Petra Erätuli, had already earlier stepped away from ownership and operational roles.
A more centralized ownership structure clarifies decision-making and enables resources to be more effectively directed toward leading change—precisely what the ongoing transformation of work environments and the real estate sector now requires.
Over the past year, Innovation Home has, under the leadership of CEO Henri Hietala, carried out extensive strategic work and developed its operations to serve a broader customer segment than before. The focus has been on strengthening work environments and office services that support the needs of expert organizations—settings where space and atmosphere go hand in hand and everyday work runs smoothly as a professional service.
We would like to thank the founders for their work in building Innovation Home. The original idea of making work a little more enjoyable and community-driven has proven its relevance. This is not merely “startup buzz,” but an essential element of organizational success going forward. Looking ahead, Innovation Home aims to combine the right atmosphere with high-quality working environments and to further strengthen its position as a professional provider of workplace services.
For our customers, this means a clearer service offering, more consistent development, and even smoother everyday functionality in the office. Our mission: in support of good work.
