Innovation Home opens a new home for good work in Keilaniemi's landmark building
In January 2027, Innovation Home will open a new home of good work in Keilaniemi's Finago Tower, at Keilaniementie 1. The building was originally known as Neste's headquarters, and is still also referred to as "Raaden hammas" ("Raade's Tooth"), named after the company's managing director at the time. Keilaniemi is Espoo's most attractive business hub, and Finago Tower has been a particularly sought-after property in the office space market.
Innovation Home has signed a long-term lease agreement with the property owner, effective from January 2027. The approximately 2,000 m² premises are located on the 4th and 5th floors of Finago Tower, connected by an internal staircase, with some of the spaces offering stunning sea views. Offices are available for everything from small teams to companies of up to 50 people working in a hybrid model. Keilaniemi metro station is right next door, and the Western Metro (Länsimetro) provides a direct connection to central Helsinki.
"Keilaniemi is a natural next step for us. After closing our first office in Otaniemi, we spent a long time looking for high-quality premises that would suit our concept, and now we've found it. The timing is right, too: our expanded offices are nearly full, our customers are very satisfied, and the market is picking up again," says Henri "Henkka" Hietala, CEO of Innovation Home.
Innovation Home is bringing its "home of good work" concept to Keilaniemi. Work has changed, and flexibility of space and opportunities to connect are now key. The cozy shared spaces provide room for meetings and calls as well as for work requiring quiet concentration. The service includes access to the entire work environment, including meeting room hours, so that they are genuinely part of everyday work. This means you need fewer square meters of your own, but gain more flexibility and more opportunities to connect.
Innovation Home continuously develops its operations based on customer feedback and industry developments. Service is always at the core, and its effectiveness is reflected in an NPS score of 89 (decision-maker survey, 5/2026). High demand is also evident in our current offices, where the occupancy rate stands at over 91 percent despite the expansions.
Sales for the Keilaniemi offices are now underway, so it's worth securing your preferred space early. Leave a contact request, and we'll be in touch soon to go through the solution best suited to your company.
