More quiet workspaces in Kamppi: less wasted space, more flexibility

The office’s peak simultaneous usage is often still low, even though in-office days have been increased for their long-term impact on culture and productivity. In hybrid work, it rarely makes sense to size office space for the maximum headcount, as this can lead to wasted square meters, unnecessary costs, and the feel of an empty office.  That’s why Innovation Home keeps developing shared spaces that support both connection and flexible ways of working. Your private office can be smaller than in a traditional setup, because you also have access to pods, meeting rooms, and additional workspaces.

Innovation Home Kamppi’s shared areas have been updated to better support focus-intensive work. The ground-floor layout has been adjusted to create a more sheltered lounge work area for members. In addition, there is a separate Focus Lounge office that provides extra workstations for deep-focus work alongside your private office.

Kamppi’s offering is now further strengthened by our new partner Octacell, whose team spaces and meeting rooms are located in the lounge area on level -1. They provide a soundproof, calm setting for confidential conversations and uninterrupted work.

“Silence doesn’t mean emptiness. Octacell’s soundproof focus spaces bring peace and concentration right into the heart of Kamppi’s buzz and complete the overall experience. At the same time, they add flexibility for changing needs,” says Tommi Aaltonen, COO, Innovation Home.
